QuoteCubby is operated by LINCSLITTLELOVES LLC (“QuoteCubby”, “we”, “us”). LINCSLITTLELOVES LLC is the seller of all QuoteCubby products. By using quotecubby.com, the free calculator, or any QuoteCubby kit (“the products”), you agree to these terms.
1. Not advice
QuoteCubby is a calculator and a set of templates. It is not pricing, legal, tax or business advice. Starter numbers are examples only; use your own costs and local market. You are responsible for your own prices, contracts, policies, taxes, insurance, licenses and compliance with the laws where you work. The cancellation policy template and message templates are examples only and are not legal advice.
2. License for purchased files
When you buy a kit you get a personal, non-transferable license to use and edit the files for your own cleaning business, including printing quotes, invoices, price lists and checklists for your clients. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files or modified versions of them, or offer them as a template or product, free or paid.
3. Digital delivery and refunds
Products are digital downloads. See the refund policy (14 days).
4. Accuracy and changes
We work to keep the calculator and kit accurate, but formulas, examples and translations may contain errors. Check important numbers yourself. We may update the site, the free calculator and future versions of the products at any time.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The website, calculator and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, QuoteCubby is not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
7. Third parties
Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Stripe (our payment processor) are third-party services with their own terms. QuoteCubby is not affiliated with Google or Microsoft.
8. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms, the site or the products will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
