Price add-ons by time, then round
A per-foot or per-bush price is easy for clients to understand, but it should come from your time. Time yourself on one hedge or one bed, work out minutes per foot, and price those minutes at your target hourly pay plus disposal. In the calculator, put add-on time in Extra work (minutes) and turn on bagging if you haul debris.
Write add-ons on your price sheet
List what the regular visit includes (for example mowing, string trimming, edging hard surfaces and blowing clippings) and what costs extra. That avoids “can you just…” requests on the day. The free printable price sheet has a lawn care version with blanks for your own add-on prices.
Check your own numbers
The free QuoteCubby lawn mowing calculator prices a yard from its square footage, condition, obstacles and how often you mow, adds your equipment and drive costs, and shows what you really earn per hour.
