How this calculator works

Visit price = (visit minutes + admin minutes + extra minutes per extra pet) ÷ 60 × your target rate, plus the trip (round-trip miles × cost per mile) and extra-pet fees, never below your minimum visit price.
Overnights = your base night + extra-pet fees + the trip. Daytime drop-ins are priced as separate visits.
Real $/hour = total minus vehicle costs, divided by all your hours including driving.
