What’s in the free download

How to use it
- Open the .xlsx in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
- Type your business name once and save that copy as your blank master.
- For each job, make a copy and fill in the yellow cells: client, job details, quantity and price on each line. Clear the lines you don’t need.
- Set your minimum job price and rounding in “Your settings” (columns F–G, not printed).
- Download as PDF or print it, and send it to your client. Keep a copy so you can match the invoice later.

What a pool cleaning quote should include
- Pool size and type, and any attached spa or water feature
- Exactly what a visit includes (skim, brush, vacuum, baskets, water test) and whether routine chemicals are included
- The monthly price, visit day and how many visits a month
- Filter cleans, green-pool recovery, opening/closing and repairs as separate lines
- Gate, pet and storm-week rules, and when you get paid

FAQ
Is the template really free?
Yes. Both files download directly from this page, with no email or account needed. The email box further down is optional and only sends you the matching printable price sheet.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets, or use File > Import. It also opens in Microsoft Excel and LibreOffice. No macros.
Are the example prices real market rates?
No. They only show how the math works. Use your own numbers, or work them out with the free pool cleaning calculator.
What’s the difference from the paid kit?
The free template is a quote form: you type the prices, it adds them up. The kit works the price out for you from your own rates and time, shows your real pay per hour after driving, and keeps a price list and a client and job tracker.
